Rowland Leather delivers usually within 1-2 weeks. We try our best to get everything done as quickly as possible but depending on the volume of orders at any given time it may take some time to get your order together. Sometimes we are out of a style of bag and then we have to make it for you. The items that we do have in stock will be sent out right away.

Return Policy

As a general rule, we will accept returns for exchange only. However, if you are not satisfied that the product you received is what you ordered, or is not the quality level you expected, we will refund your money via Shopify if received within 7 days of our sending the product to you.

Shipping 

Shipping in Canada $20.  All orders to the United States will be charged $25 for shipping.
